Cantine Andreas Mazzei 2025 Tandem (Cabernet Sauvignon/Nero d’Avola) DOP
This wine came into being through the marriage between Cabernet Sauvignon & Nero d’Avola grapes, two elements with very different sensory characteristics. The former is known for its structure and body, the second for its finesse and elegance. Together, they create an unbreakable bond, represented by the TANDEM, where one element makes up for the shortcomings of the other, creating perfect unity.
Purple-red with violet reflections. Elegant and ethereal aroma, with notes of spices and peppers.
Full bodied flavours, clean and fruity with a long-lasting finish.
Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C for 10 days of peel maceration, once fermentation is complete, the wine is then aged in oak barrels of 1,000 litres for 8 months.
