(Tempranillo 75% / Cabernet Sauvignon 25%)

Harvested by hand and aged separately for 16 months in a combination of American and French Oak Barrels (80% French, 20% American) the two varietals are combined and continue to age in bottle until release.

A very fine and perfectly balanced full-bodied wine. Soft and smooth tannins which caress the palate. Such a wonderful concentration of fruit and toasty flavours. Dried black fruit, subtle sweet roasted peppers and spice. Perfect acidity that translates into a vibrant, complex and elegant wine with excellent length.

Excellent with beef or lamb; Manchego, blue cheese
