Bright ruby red in colour.  Aromas of wild mulberry, roasted coffee and dark chocolate.  

A beautifully balanced wine with velvety tannins and a long-concentrated finish.

Aged in large oak and traditional chestnut barrels for 18 months and then ageing continues in bottle for at least 6 months before release.

Pair with juicy steaks and various cuts of red meat
