A very fresh and mineral version of Vermentino. Straw yellow in colour with pale greenish reflections. A very floral nose of elderflower, white flowers and lychee.

Salty and crispy, with prominent mineral tones and typical liquorice finish.

As an aperitivo, wonderful with prosciutto and a brilliant pairing for anything fishy, herby or citrussy. A great wine for spring and summer drinking.
