Bodega Jorge Rubio 2021 Gran Reserva Bicentenario Cabernet Sauvignon

A wine of ruby red colour with burgundy tones. Complex aromas of cherry, black plum, and blackcurrant with vanilla notes. A high concentration of fruit and spice, structured with elegant tannins and a long finish with a hint of vanilla and chocolate.

Maceration is prolonged and wine is aged for 18-24 months in first use French oak barrels.

Pairings: Excellent with grilled and roasted meats & game; blue cheese and hard or aged cheeses such as Manchego or Gouda.
