Aged for 12 months in lightly toasted barrels (60% French & 40% American).

A striking purplish red colouration, with blueish tones. Good aromatic intensity with a fruity, spicy and toasted character. Smooth, juicy & ripe. Flavours of dark plum and blackberry. A lengthy finish of vanilla and a touch of pepper.
